Retsu Unohana Bond Training

I know its nearly impossible to complete the Bond training especially on Ikkaku but on Aizen too?
it say "Join Battle, win Battle Battle Bond Training Stage 3 and Damage dealt is no less than 50% of total...(some missing text i cant read it)"
Any idea?
