Tavern uryu skill crit buff
his skill gives 10% crit to assaulters, will that go above the 90% cap?thanks

No. uh i don't know for sure never tested it before but since it never said ( can break crit limit) then i assume it does not I don't know about tavern uryu specifically. But I know most people's buffs do bring you over the 90% limit. I've tested it a few times with my B Renji against a friend of mine who has a toshiro with nearly 100% counter. I set B renji at the same crit rate has the tosh's counter rate and after his skill buffed him he still managed to crit tosh.

That's good to know. pretty sure skills work against cap, kinda like how Toshiro/Starrk increases theirown block rate to go past 90%
