+ your fastest partner being kirio or senju

Does Shinso's mod 7 apply to all kido users or just himself? There is a question about that in the Wiki for some reason.

it can be said that his 5th mod is obviously for himself alone
mod 7 implies "Own Kido Speed" so every kido partner gains the bonus including kido main
gogames has terrible translation errors but for sure it effects all kido partners especially since its a 7th mod tier
