Okay, stat wise I see them on par. Maybe it was level difference for you. Only advantage ken has over renji is 10% block rate increase which isn't too great.

D . Rukia could make your team a t1 fury first round skill team but with kisuke and alot of fury stones

Hell yeah, I'm lvl 109 and using him. His high attack growing rate of 200% is great for PVE events, ...
Tenji after 3rd mod is actually the fastest char in game currently. Faster than Hikifune because he also has a general 10% speed talent as well as the agi talent. Great character to get.
D.rukia isn't worth much of anything, has the stats of a lvl 70 char and is really only good for fury regen imo, sadly you need to slow everyone down to keep her going first, which hinders the entire team.

dude he's a low vip and may not ever spend on the game again is why i said for dark rukia cause it also sucks having high tier hogu and having to make new 1's for tavern rukia

Might be, but I'm almost 100% sure for PVE event this guy will be using Tenjiro + another support, and for D.Rukia is best to use combination of 2 fury gens.
