Here is a guide for every browser and versions. Please try this method before anything. Also, apparently flushing your DNS cache can help to.

Then it's a computer issue obviously :p Well, Browser issue. i have a problem i cant see the event bar when i log in i tried all those methods shut down computer/internet and turn back on and it still doesnt work for me

i switched from using chrome to torch with browsers and ever since never experienced another black screen problem
so i am guessing your browser has a role in it too
i encountered black screens on
chrome, I.E (internet explorer) and Firefox
never encountered black screen problem on
opera, torch, and safari (for windows more specifically)

i would also like to point out just as upgrading your Flash player works ~ downgrading can work too
only black screen nice tips ......... Tried everything.. Still cannot access the new event... how do i save? I need to refresh 3 or 4 times daily to enter in GW, sometimes i need to close and open browser, clear chache every 3 days or change browser to log in {:3_56:}so 1 off topic question, do we have mainteinance?? and if yes have shedule or its random?? cause i never notice of 1 mainteinance {:3_55:}
