I've seen this problem, popping up more and more. Clear your cache and web browser that always work for me.

Hmm... I can't use some servers on my computer (EU S23), no matter which browser will I use. I cleared cache, and tryied to open the page on a new installed browser (opera), but the result was the same - The black page with only two bars at the top and bottom and a Kon picture. The oder servers are working properly.
Can you help me...?

sometimes I need to refresh 3 or 4 times while battling it stops aftr 96 percent loading any ideas please help me i am new here i am angel from server 134 thanks

Try clearing your cache, helps most of the time
