It's a Programming/Flash issue. But the thing is, these programmers are trying to fix the issue on Multiple Browsers at once. Each one is different and requires different coding. I'm a software scoper and tester and I see this problem all the time. These guys are doing mods on the fly, like firemen that have to put out this fire and that. It's a daunting task to fix even one problem on 4 browsers at once. Let alone the thousand problems we send them.
Send the "Bug Report" and a screenshot when possible and then wait months for changes across all browsers. That's how programming works.
In the mean time, just click on the browser you are using in the empty spots at the edges and then press the F5 button. (It simply tells ur Screen/Website to reload which will fix 95% of these problems).

LOL DAMN THAT WAS HARSH NO ONES THAT STUPID
sorry, not trying to be rude, but it is VERY unprofessional to suggest things such as you have without considering any of the following, as you have so obviously done
!) A design oversight pertaining to the use of and execution of Adobe Flash in your programming
2) Overtaxation of servers, because, believe it or not, Adobe Flash can be highly ineffectual when mass numbers start using your software.
3) when people, such as myself, can run WoW, Rift, and Elder Scrolls Online at maximum graphics without lag, frame rate drop, or strained gpu, and we hear a developer try and say things like "it's your browser" or, "it's your problem not mine" what we take that to mean is you wish to avoid taking accountability for mistakes within your own person.
As it is, I have only been playing 2 days, and I am already VERY disappointed in the development teams. in several instances within the first twelve missions, I found huge game mechanic oversights that prevented progression of said mission without trying dozens of times and getting lucky. Then there are the various graphic catches and stutters that are obviously from lack of smooth scripting and design. Now I'm not here to rag about how awful the game is, because it isn't awful in the slightest. But, you will find many gamers are intolerant of any lack of accountability that a developer may have, and that is EXACTLY what I am seeing here. I hope that this changes, because in all honesty, you will not keep a large player base doing things in this manner.
