Only Toshiro and Dark Rukia. The next will will be either Dark Rukia again, well...pretty sure it' ...
Doesn't make sense, the gap is already TOO wide cause they allowed Ultimate broken gear to be released in the first place.
EDIT: We didn't have toshiro on UBP yet right? Only Rukia and Shirayuki

I was told about a month ago that Toshiro would not be available for atleast 6 months because he was to OP, and that Zangetsu was not even in discussion for being released yet because it's THAT strong (and it is)

Those are the only other 2 rewards in UBP as far as I'm aware. I'd have to double check.

Noza Kenny is probably best pve vang,  and for pvp, I love my soph,  but Ichebe or TSI is probably best ATM
