Did he spent more than chinen kota or BWG though?  For someone who certainly has, he's no where close to their speed, so he'd be wiped away.

he had to have. server 165 with mugetsu fully modded and damn close fully mod ichibe ... hes at like 6.1m bp... hes just slow...
