salary

every time i collect my arena chest, i upgrade my rank to 5th division captain
the next day my rank goes back to 5th division lieutenant O.o
i collect arena chest and upgrade rank again... the cycle continues
i can't collect salary for 5th division captain
whats going on

Happened to me at first too:L Each day prestige gets reduced (I don't remember how much) so It's better if u don't upgrade rank  for a few days and wait for your prestige to build up a bit :) my op I may be wrong xD

you will lose some Prestige everyday after 5th cap so make sure you have around 6k+ pres after upgrading, aka wait for two days then upgrade
