should my visored hirako stay or shoul i get noitra,hichigo or stark

Im level 91 and i stayed with Hirako for quite while and he saved my ass dozen of times so idk if i should replace him i mean if i can get a better partner or not and is he good

yh gather silver and wait,with evo and right stones you can make stark beast
