Well, he is better than Traven damage partners, good for PvE, and if you run 1-3-1, he will be good for PvP as well. He skills every round vs. Traven Kenpachi dont skill every round. His base stats + growth rate is much higher... So just mere 2.5k vits is really isnt much.
