Xmas Snowball Fights - bug?

So it seems that I can't utilize my one free snowball fight chance?  As soon as I opened up this event and checked this tab this is what I have seen....please feel free to point out if I'm missing something..

its like that for every1
also you can only rob when your sleigh is making its run across because you can only see their sleighs when yours is on its way, but currently rob isnt working

Also the same, I was able to see a few other sleds, but clicking on them did nothing.
