I was not able to finish his max bond with my 64k fragments. I got him from lvl 0 to lvl 21 (of 30).

Needless to say, bond gets very expensive after 15+. I only earn 1530 fragments a day (and thats with Shini Agent). So now, at this point, it will take aproximately 1 week per bond level, luckily I'm already level 21, so I should be done around early March.
I can't really give you a speed before/after, because I literally just got Aizen today, I am still leveling him up (I've owned him for a whopping 2 hours lol).
