should i get a tier 11 hogu this event? or have you seen them cheaper? btw do tier 11's cost alot more to make them enchanted with higher levels?

yes more or less to them costing a bit more than normal maybe like an extra 50 talismans or so for mx level compared to a tier 10 hogu.
so far tier 11s are cheap you can get them for spending 3k or so per each 1
its up to you if you can get them and if you can level them up to be useful
