Assist Mod Souls

Can anyone tell me how many fragments do I need to upgrade Assist Mod Souls at level 100?
And if you know for each stage?

I cannot answer your question but I have a further question.

Do the best attributes change once you upgrade them at for example level 30? Once I upgraded them so could I no longer see their best attributes.

I think this might be it if all the advanced assists have the same requirements. Past 120, no idea what happens.

I think it's 600, I could be wrong but it's definitely really close to that number, as I just upgraded mine from 100 a few days ago.

at 100 it's 800 fragments. Or at least that's what the Ulqiorra pet just took
