That is his price in CN. Pretty sure they just forgot to change it. :-P
with the new Inherit feature... most anyone with zero divison partners (including Tenjiro) will be able to ignore hiki's best ability in PVP... just something to look at

Hiki's exclusive skill L100 FTW
while she is a cheap partner (playstyle wise) of the top 10 in my CSB, probably 8 of them use her and she for sure makes my life hell... Otetsu usually dies quite quick when hiki's not on the field

don't forget, Hiki has a wicked speed bond with Senju, so if you get a second zero division partner, Senju may be better than Otetsu...
oetsu is still great against stacked vans (minus hkuma) also test
