Hiki is the god of PvP. You basically can't lose in PvP if you have her unless you are dramatically out-gunned or the enemy has her as well. She's also pretty good for PvE because of her 50% attack bonus.
b.renji is the ultimate god of PvE and shinji basically blows. I'd choose b.renji over kensei if I had to pick one of the two.

Hiki is the best "first" support you can get... What I mean is that if you have Hiki you can't lose if you are the fastest or against Senju & Oetsu or Kirinji (ignore invincibility)
So you should get Hiki... But seen your actual team, you already have goods supports and your assaulters kinda sucks... So go for an assaulter ? It depends on your zanpakuto.. If you playin Senbon, don't go for Hiki.. (you see what I mean)
Oetsu is something you usually take after Hiki, not to chose between them, I would say..
Now about Hisagi and Kensei... They look pretty similar... Hisagi has tons of damage through his mods & talent. He has chance of stun the entire team with Disarm and fury deduction.. So his counters are "immune to fury deduction"
Kensei is very fast and has tons of combo rates bonus, but no damages.. He has better chances to stun enemy team with Disarm and Silence, his counters are "Bankin silence".. that both Senju Hiki and Oetsu have...
He would be good with another good assaulter with his combo rates and would be used as a sort of support, with his controls.
But your assaulters sucks and I think you should go more likely for Hisagi than Kensei. If you decide not going for Hiki of course

get hiki, she'l boost your pvp 100% and also pve by miles since her skill gives 50% att rate to assaulter/supports big time
Shini sensei is better for you effect ofof him is very nice or you can get yamamoto to replace shinji and buy hiki to replace kirinji I think that's the best way for you
Senjumaru + Shinso Gin = senjumaru skills everyturn, while Gin skills twice everyturn, amazing in PVP/PVE
