I assume her crit decides, since she has 94%~ crit she will and does generally give 60 fury to my supports, but every now and then she doesn't.

I just went through csb and she 100% of the matches crit her fury gain, so yeah chances are its based on crit.

sometimes after i wipe out the team except for noza
if i dont crit noza she still gives me 60 100% of the time lol..
like wen she skills on him with him being the last 1 alive i always get 60 regardless
