The 2nd quick bar to get reward has dissapear

Hello Bleach Support Team:

I have an "bug" the quickbar under Daily/Battle and others icons. has disappear, i dont know what to do to fix it, already did everything.
Can you guys help me please? cant even participate into the events or get the rewards from lvl....

Another player had the same problem and he restarted his router and cleared cache a few times, which worked for him. I also heard that some players had that problem on Chrome. Are you using Chrome as well?

YEah im using Chrome, but idk what happen with mozilla firefox dont work aswell :(
also i cleared all chaches and still not working.. sigh
