[Suggestion] About transaction number

I suggest that when you transact about the gold coins, they must send an email to the person who top up for security purposes too and it would be easier too to those whose top up are being stuck in error and yet their own account or money has been deducted on their account whatsoever because when you can't present any transaction number to the support, they will not answer you back anymore and that's so unfriendly actually and being so unprofessional too even this is just a game, i think proper manners must be applied.

Well i suggest it because it happens to me that i top up using my gate2shop with my paypal account,my account has been deducted of 10$ and they said it is successful but in the side of gogames.me, I got an error but the process of payment from paypal to gate2shop, and from gate2shop to gogames.me is success, and then the support here in gogames.me will ask for your transaction number and yet when you can't give a transaction number they will just ignore you, very unprofessional actually

In summary, we can use the order number given by the payment methods to get our gold coins especially to those who got an error when processing it on gogames.me top uping page. and i think you guys have a logs on that kind of matter, because it would be imposible if there are no records
