Agent of Shinigami 1-click mop-up

Someone pls tell me, what's the deal with the one-click mop-up chances in Agent of Shinigami?
It says it unlocks after I have cleared the difficulty level (which I have, several times) and says that I have a certain amount of chances per day, but the function never opens up for me.

What gives?

You have to buy Shinigami Agent to do that :P
