It uses gold. If you don't have 300 gold(at least) you can't buy it.  Not coupons, only gold work there.
If you do, then its a bug and nothing can be done.

That could be another reason you can't purchase.

You can buy a certain period of time.i think its from 19.00 till server reset.

Sometimes it bugs out and won't let you purchase immediately. Refreshing your page usually works but otherwise just wait a few minutes. It works

I saw the screen shot, for one it does NOT show your gold, and you did not sate you have enough. And the "not enough gold, top up message" isn't always the case. For two you didn't even state you registered or what time it is in game, all those effect if you can buy it or not. Also the second reply I told you to refresh and asked if you registered. I was not trolling at all there, but you low life intellect does make me regret that hard now. You seem just like the person that would make my night.
