NEW CHARACTERS STRATEGY: PLEASE HELP!

Hi guys! Please help me choose new characters cause I'm going out of my mind! Currently, I have Orihime, main, yumichika, ichigo and then chad. So this is what I'm thinkin' of doing:
   * Chad to Yachiru
   * Yumichika to Renji
   * Ichigo to Lisa??? Momo???
I've read some threads that say that Lisa is stronger than Ichi, but is it also logical to replace Ichi with Kaien? I mean with Kaien's defense lowering skill and Renji's 200% percent vanguard killer thing, won't this make taking the dude down easier? Or should I not replace Ichigo? God freaking dammit someone please share his or her thoughts.

Ikr? Hahaha. It's hard fighting her since most of the attacks don't hit which is why I think she's slightly better than Chad. Lol

You can keep Chad until you can get Komamura, some keep him even longer. Yachiru is a waste of silver imo

u can replace yumichika with renji , and also take rukia for pve purposes !!
