You need at least one partner for vang destruction, and Kido does more damage to vangs than assaulters do. I think you should pull kieske for Jushiro to provide this damage, and to help protect Kirinji for longer fights. Bankai Rukia, or Retsu Unohana Kenpachi if you got the cheddar for her would of course be a much better choice here.
