When I compare it to the English skill's sentence structure, 100% lines up with the 50% critical dmg boost.
Either way, it will be a game changer.
Can you tell me what they are adding to Retsu while taking growth away? There could be a reason for this.

and yeah retsu is now 200% on skill and tenjiro 160% lol dunno why the heck .-.

both their skills are attack ALL with this new feature, bankai rukia too, and her mutilate is for 1 round but 90% hp now lolz
