Noza Ken here ^^ He can be great for both PVP and PVE (dependant on current team) and can be as defensive as H.Ichigo is ^^

Only downside is that Noza Ken doesn't provide an aid rate skill, however he makes up for that with his own skill by silencing a random enemy and giving fury to any random member on your team ^^ :)
