no rangiku or tobiume for first top up

i topped up to vip1 and i didnt recieve first topup reward, the option isnt there.
I could get nanao though.

Have you topped up on a different server before on the same account?

if u top upped in an old server u are not allowrd to get them. I didnt receiver for this reason (asked to support). The rangiku and tobiume gift is only for newest servers
