yeahh that's the horrible thing, orange peeps will be op, but unless they aren't bothered about releasing a partner to be orange and not actually stonger than say gold/red partners in actual anime/manga, then hell yeah alot of potential orange partners :D
but it'd look weird af, like Nemu at orange whilst Mugetsu is red xD

If you want a new partner, then top up and get a new partner, lol. It's tough that they add new partners in tavern and if they did, they'd probably be in the ranges of the lesser cheaper partners like toshiro,d.rukia,zabi renji and shinji, they may even be or should be better, thus nobody would want to get these partners anymore.
New partners in tavern is not good for business, lol.
