Not yet, they asked for the accounts email adress, as they are closed in the weekends, i am expecting them to have fixed it by Tuesday :)
When i get the result, i will make a new thread displaying the results of contacting support <3

if i dismiss a partner, what do i get back?

Yes, if you dismiss a tavern partner you do get reishi back.
