Block % needed before it works

So i have a quick question.. my Sajin is currently 50% block with t5 mod (immune to break) but i can't remember the last time i seen him block in pvp or pve... At which point does block rate become noticeable?

Depends on opponents stones.if he has high lvl then your block is useless,

Look at your opponents Break Defense.
If it's over 50 you will never block them.
I'd say you have a pretty solid chance at blocking the Evil Spirit at 90% though.

Even with Sajin full mods? (immune to breaking damage?) or is that something else?
