Zanpakuto Hard conquest of Might

I'm kinda of confused here, I'm meeting the requirements, my main character kills the entire team, I have 3 surviving members but I'm still unable to advance to the next stage or get loot from defeating Fujikujaku.

3 party member and disabled Zanpakuto was able to do this.
