PvE? Hikifune gets crit fortify too? Koten is like miles better then Tensa, and Tensa is miles better then everything else. Well worth the 40k gold.

It didn't necessarily sound much better for ES to me without fortify at first. The skill only lasts for one round and can be overridden by Berserk Renji and then you lose the 25% dmg rate boost of Tensa. However, I suppose if Berserk Renji skilled last in a round, then it could work...and he would be boosted at the first round. In the third round, over the course of three more rounds, it could still be better by 56% more damage total, and that's not including potential fortify bonuses. (I forget which round ES ends on)
