I use Oetsu for PvP, in fact I have him tier 7 modded lmfao.

In theory, Tenjiro would be awesome with that, but you would want to have Shinso Gin or Oetsu for that +10% speed at some point eventually.
That said, I think Tenjiro would deal more damage than Unohana if you use Katen's fortify.

Oetsu is still only level 120, everyone else is at 130 because I use them for everything.

Dunno, it's difficult to calculate...
but Tenjiro has the higher basestats and talent, his dot and he'd do more with the attacks between the Skills even more so if they crit.
It's quite possible he's doing less dmg than retsu in PvP, but with him being better in PvP I dunno if the difference would actually pay off enough to justify switching them.
Maybe I'm just overthinking it tough, since I'm rather annoyed by having to level up one char after another, consuming everything I gain from CSB. >_<

I think he'd be better in pvp, but in pve I think unohana will be best. That's just me though, I don't really need help in pvp cause in pvp I switch her with oetsu anyway.
