Well it seems you have to kill them with Demon Ichigo hitting them at least once, and that your main stays above 50% HP, and make sure no-one on your team drops below 30% HP either. Use getsu zanp
Make demon ichi attack first or second thats it take off kirijin and maybe even kisuke and DONT use 10th on main, just let demon ichi do the dmg hes pretty op, the kido defense doesnt matter as long as its not physical
edit: maybe take off grim too if that still doesnt work
