Fragments are presented with those symbols, is true Minazuki doesn't have the symbol to but he is described as a fragment.. Also Nel is a commemorative pet of the New Year event so it wouldnt be strange if she was possible to be bought that way, but then again is gogames so maybe it was silly of me to tink that way -.-
