yea just checked it may be 70 and higher

I recall the person from the pics for the cn version was level 80. Very possible that's when it unlocks at.

No idea. Probably because csb starts at level 72 and they wanted it to be higher level than that.

it just unlocks at lvl 80 so you may not see it if your below 80:vic ...
im saying shini belongs to playshini and bleach online to go games.. xd theres 2 FB versions of the game. im 128 btw.
