Just gossip, you can't be sure, but from all the old servers i read in forums the only one left we did not have in my server is vizord,

rip of rip of and rip off, again library weapon combined with surpise gift, f2p will hit the road if it continues, made some calculations if you lucky:
lvl80, need to spend at least 1950 gold for one full set.
Lvl 90: 4k gold for a full set
that's said, depends on you if you want to spend 4k gold directly on lvl90 and wait, or get the lvl 80 use it invest 2k on lvl up spirit stone and finally infuse gear, i think in term of time and inderct reinforcement lvl80 is usefull,
I'm just lvl 69soon 70, that's why i say lvl 80 is suitable depends on your lvl, but just for comparaison i spent between 10-15 days to pass from lvl60 to lvl 70; i'd say to go from lvl 80 to 89-90 it'll take 15-20 days, maybe even this event will show up again by that time...
well i will be level80 either end of the day or tommorrow. i have about 3k gold on my acc so can either get stones or a 80/90 set

Not sure where you get 4k for 90 set, it's almost 14k gold for 90 set, 3.8k gold for 80 set.

Which is odd as this is the 3rd time for ultimate wep event, and we just had it like 3 weeks ago.
