The best option for u is get kirinji's 9th evo, give him weapon with enchance +4 initial fury, five  ...

by this time you could have a set of wings...  T1 wings is more consistent than this

Kisuka is a great partner to have period. Having a  T1 Kisuka is better than not. If you have Kirinji then he is a must for lower lvs. Get his speed up and make Kirinji T1 right after him to literly get a 50/50 win ratio against higher lv players. This is an extremely effective way to use him. But he is base point the cheapest way to T1 your team faster, at the cost of his growth rates being low. But he can still be a hard hitter or real fast non the less. mine was at 208k speed before I moved to Shinso Gin. Another player on my server has him at 240k. The only way to beat a T1 team is by being extremely stronger or stopping there Kisuka.

As for Kirinji being better without T1 and just his speed is trash. How would a fast Kirinji help anything if he can still be stopped before he can do his special? And a weaker Kirinji T1 will stomp a faster one withoot T1 by making him kill himself plus igniting him.

As far as the zampactos go, That list is all jacked up. Muramasa before Tansa? Muramasa is not so great for supporter speed. A lot of players think Great speed for support and the buff from him as well. Well that buff is trash and useless if you have Kirinji. 1st: He overwrites that speed buff with his 20% speed on support. 2nd: What good is the buff if you can't get that first hit in? And if you can, still, where is it really helping? It's better to go with a zampacto that gives asulter speed instead. Why? Cause Kirinji is going to overwrite muramasas buff. So use a Zampacto with a buff somewhere it won't get overwritten.

Pay attention to skills and buffs and how they work. If they stack or not. And remember that buffs won't help you get that first hit unless your using someone like Kirinji at full speed to get the first hit so muramasa can then apply his buf to kisuka to bring his speed up so he may go next. This is a way muramasas buff could be used effectively.
