Now here's the reason we're all idiots for our guesses I think. The answer is there's only 1 thing wrong with it. The partners in that picture are not the partners associated with the account shown in the first picture displaying VIP 10 and the gold amount and such. The partner pictures were taken in arena, but the first picture was taken on the account itself.

Oh that's not overly unusual for a player that quit so long ago. It's possible based on the information so far that he came out even before shinso gin was released. There weren't very many powerful event partners back then.
