It levels up as you level up
the highest ranking person in your clan ie. quincy, arrancar, shinigami in arena
gets their name on the ES and as they level up it will gain levels
i noticed it when i leveled up every time it had gained 1 level until it got capped at 150
while i was rank 1 in arena with my name on it

Well... today, all 3 lasted roughly 7 Minutes... my own one being the main hold-back, since I only do around 9,5% per hit to it (my Brenji isn't up to level yet, tough).

So I actually have to kill all 3 below 10 Minutes to make sure the other ones get a higher level, too?

you have no impact on their ES level
as their highest in arena with their name on their ES levels up their ES will gain 1 level

But why is my ES like 20 levels above the Arrancar one, when the Arrancar Guy is just 5 level below me? >_<

That's incorrect. All 3 ES in my server have been level 150 for many months now. And there's no one level 150 in my server. In fact the highest quincy level is like 105 or so I think. I can guarantee you it has nothing to do with the level of anyone in your server.

When es was lasting 7 minutes total to kill all 3 of them we were getting around 1 level per day on ours. Sometimes more on my clan's since we would kill ours in about 3 minutes, 5 minutes in arrancar would be down, and at the 7 minute mark quincy would be dead. I think ours hit level 150 when arrancar was still 140 or so and quincy was around level 125 lol

no one in my server is 150 either but multiple people were ahead of me in arena long time ago and the ES scaled with them
then i took over after a while and it started leveling as i leveled up once i passed up my guild mates in arena

Well our es was leveling sometimes 2 levels in a day while named after me. I was only leveling maybe once every 5 days at the time.
You're both wrong.
It obviously levels up in direct proportion with how often players in the server bake banana bread, beat their step children, and the amount of attention paid to felines.
Obvious facts are obvious.
