if it were me, I'd dismiss all partners, and combine stones as much as you can, put it all on main with best gear, sell the rest, spend the silver on a Sado, Renji, Tavern Rukia, and Kaien. The rest of the silver should be put on soul cultivation for main. spend the vit on evo for Sado. You want them to have a good vanguard, right? combine all the hogu to a bomb ass set for main.
