Is Shin Ulquiorra good? Also whoever has Z00 Zabimaru Renji is he awesome?Shin ulq - low vip AOE raper.

in an overall perspective:
Shin Ulq - Deals a great amount of damage whilst attacking all with skill, even applying ignite to a random enemy by quite a high % if they aren't dead already, so even more damage to them that you deal, upgraded version is ofc much better in every way, recovers fury too. Can be bad due to speed of the partner.
Shin Ulq is mainly used for PVP. His new skill is absolutely great, applying chaos to the enemies he hits with a great amount of growth rate on his skill, so becomes even more great in the PVP side ^^
Soo Zabi - Deals a nice amount of damage, only a single target skill, but can is made up by becoming an assassin and targeting the lowest HP enemy, alongside a high growth rate attack, whilst also gaining a crit and attack boost after his skill.
Can be great in both PVP and PVE, I couldn't decide which he is better in as an assassin in PVP is absolutely great, and his PVE damage can rack up to do a great deal of damage, especially with his new skill through soul cultivation, which again goes to both PVP and PVE ^^ :) thx Zento and i plan on getting enough vip for shin ulqiorra
