I lost my character on the server EU S108

Hi,

I played since a lot of month ago and now I wan't to playing again but when I'm log to the server with my FB account (I always log with this), I've just the possibility to make another character and I can't play my character.

Can you do something for me ? I've spend money on the game and don't wan't to loose everything.

I don't really know how to get it back. Try asking Brah (Brahmastra) since he's a moderator on here.
