i dont have a credit card and i cant top up,what can someone like me do if i want to top up,creditcardless?No i cant get a credit card i am not of age
No i have no friends or familey that will let me use their card.

Actually, I believe you can still receive money even if you don't have a card / bank account using paypal. Also, you could ask for a gift card for say birthday or something that 'acts' like a credit card like a prepaid visa.
