You're close, but off, for me at least.
Senjumaru with 650k attack and 186.5 modify % will hit 4m crits almost exactly, 4,000,425 to be exact.
Taking away that 30% damage rate leaves me hitting for around 3.35m, a difference of 650k.
The 100k I was talking about before was with a Senjumaru with only 400k attack and without a crit.
Still, hitting for 3.35 instead of 4m, in this day and age where no supports have over 1m HP, is very well good enough.
