nope only 1 passive skill per char

I just reincarnated my main and he went from 110 to 101.....better than 40 levels I guess.......wouldn't be so bad if I could use exp books on him

Got a question. Is it a bug or just crappy design that everytime you reincarnate you actually lose more than the xp needed for it because it clears all the xp on the lvl you end up? It is not much of a problem with the first lvl because at higher lvl you can simply wait for a bit until you get 800 mil xp on that lvl so you dont lose much but at higher lvl if you lose 2 lvl but you would still end up lets say with a billion xp left it kind of sucks when additional billion xp just dissaperars so instead of costing 2,6 it will actually take 3,6 for example...
