bug or srv down ?

well i logged-on this morning and now i cant connect any more ...
problem is black-screen , i tried with reset "cookies and cache" / don't know if i spelled that right "chache" ... anyway , chroome,microsoft edge, internet explorer  and stil black screen , so i would apreciate a little heads-up if the srv is down or a little help if its a problem on my side

we have opened at least 4 threads regarding this issue.
servers are down.
