How mutch do this partners cost?

Hey , I´m just wondering how mutch does : Bankai Rukia , TS Ichigo , Isshin , Mugetsu cost at its lowest? Events etc.

I´ve seen Isshin vor 10k , Rukia 40k , Ichigo 30k ^^

Mug - 40k
Isshin --- get shin kensei instead (but if you insist - 10k)

Phew , thats expensive , arent there any events where they are cheaper?
Ex. Ts Ichigo 30k in the Lease event
