Could someone please help me out here.
Everytime i try to go into game it only loads up to 97% and sticks there ..... I've tried all my browsers and restarting my laptop but  nothing seems to work :(
What should I do?

Did you try clearing browser history and cache? I know you tried different browsers but still, it's the only thing I can think of. That or the server was down?
